Is hereby founded and instantiated and copyrighted on this day 9 February 2024 for the purpose of wide-ranging wisdom to be attained by dialectic of the most polite, diplomatic and careful sort with no hurting of feelings apart from that which is inevitable and required by reason, fact, or law.

Named members include Robert Fenton Gary whose Society Number is 1.

The right to choose, designate, and name additional society members is held exclusively by Robert Fenton Gary. No person can rightfully designate or characterize themselves as a members if they have not been so described by Robert Fenton Gary.

Members shall be alive, alert, and creative attainers of something. Something will include any area of human effort in which a true, useful, or valuable thing can be achieved. People who have attained exactly nothing, or who are dead, or devoid of care, or incapable of precision shall not be named or lawful members of said society.
