A Photon-DSP seal is used to securely identify or authenticate a specific document or item.
It is made of Ln+3 on nanoparticle aggregates in a lattice of three dimensions held within a glass lens that amplifies the fluorescent light emitted by the Lanthanides.
Said light will have frequency and amplitude variables that vary from one seal to another depending on the Lanthanides chosen, the nanoparticles they are deposited on, the molar concentration of the various nanoparticles, and the effect of various ways to heat treat the combined Ln+3 ions and their substrate nanoparticles (baking, scintering, annealing, etc).
The unique peaks profile coming off a seal can be arrayed in a Optical Digital Spectrum Analyzer and identified as valid based on a previously tested and stored peaks profile coming off THAT individual glass seal — THAT ONE, and no other, since no other is like THAT ONE.
The most secure form of encryption is the one-time pad, and that’s what a Photon-DSP seal is.
The seal’s features are only used ONE TIME.
But it would be very costly to mix and heat treat various Ln+3 ions for every item in the system.
So, my recourse is the edit the peaks profile by using snippets of it to authenticate this or that individual item in the system. I can use one “ink” to make millions of edited versions of what to look for to authenticate this or that individual item (individual Bank Bill, individual ID card, or tag on one individual DNA sample, or coin, or ingot, or item of evidence, or art, or package of jet engine parts).
So Photon-DSP is extremely reliable and also quite cost-effective.
But, if would take a big company, like Raytheon, or GE, or USB, or Google, or IBM to do the lab work and make Photon-DSP seals. This is not work I could do, somehow, in my own apartment. Elon Musk has the facilities in his Tesla company.
The buyer of my patent (US 10,176,661 B2) will get a lot of help from me to maximize the profit from implementing the new technology. The buyer will have a right of first refusal on any follow-on inventive addition to my new technology, and I expect there will be many additions.
My patent is priced today (6 May 2025) at $2 million. I can only sell it to one buyer. I can assign my patent in a day or two, by filing a specific page with the Patent Office.
The patent will expire in July 2036. I could evergreen it, if the buyer wants that done. A bank with global contacts could make $20 Billion in new business by issuing Paper Bullion Bank Bills, which will become the world reserve money. They have value matter (Gold) IN the PAPER of the bank bills — not in cyberspace, not on blockchain, not in Second Life or HALO, but IN the PAPER of the Bank Bills. The bank bills ARE bullion. If you collect 333 of the 30 gram gold bank bills you can make a 1 kilo ingot of pure Gold.
