What makes sense would be to bring in top ranked gold mining firms. Get all the gold on all federal lands. Coin it. Sell the coins globally. Use some of the proceeds to help elders who have been citizens of USA for 80 years.
They are the beneficial owners of that gold.
They are the ones most entitled to the Proceeds.
In my own case, I seek to sell my patent and be in Lausanne.
