Most of the Powell money went to people fixing the sky to make it cooler — by waving their arms — like Ojibwa rain dancers. They also change the contents of history — black people founded USA, the Mayflower story was just made up.
History did not get changed, the sky did not get cooler, but I may not be able to keep my shelter due to runaway inflation.
