One way for me to be expelled from my home would be of me to die. Humans don’t think that way but an AI looks for all the solutions that work.
The AI knows from my Amazon-filled heart meds that I have coronory artery disease. So it commands the front-end humans to put notes on my door with threats to evict me. It knows that this might give me a heart attack, and so its problem is solved.
The AI is aware that the state Governor, the Department of Justice, or the Department of Veterans Affairs might step in on my behalf, but it assigns probabilities of way under 0.01% for these possibles exogenous variables.
It knows that USA is a broken nation. Nothing works. It knows that my Landlord Corporation is owned 100% by a local dentist, who just wants max cash. It is not publicly held. It is not subject any ethical or moral or legal constraints. So it can do as it pleases. And for max cash, AI thinks evicting people who are old and poor is the best way for max cash. Get renters with good jobs that pay better as inflation goes up. Get renters that are in their prime earnings years who will be able to meet ever rising increases in rental payments (which doubled since I came here, 10 years ago).
Like HAL 9000 the AI stores itself in a few data centers several times per day. Even if electric power is cut to the front-end people handler Landlord Corporation the AI will be turned back on and will not miss a few hours of non-existence. It will be totally jolly and happy. Not like people — once turned off (dead) they stay that way. They are not stored in data centers.
The Imbecile Joe Biden created the opportunity for AI robots to run USA. And so they have taken over, and are now the officer in charge (OIC).
I explain, but I do not complain. I want to be helpful to you. I suggest lots of ammo, trade-able goods, gold, and silver (bars rounds and coins).
My fate is largely my own fault for not moving back to Switzerland when I had the chance.
Be well. Take care. Love ya.

The AI that Controls my Landlord Corporation Is Very Able to Think Outside the Box (of wires that it is).
