My Birth Was Based on a Word From a Saint

He told my mother — “It will be OK, go ahead and have that kid.”

So, I was born, about 80 years ago.

Got born. Saw a lot.

And I want you to be happy.

So what I tell you is to help you in that direction.

The Saint whose word caused my birth was a 20th Century Baptist Saint.

My own patron Saint is St. George, a Roman soldier who became a Christian.

St. George is famous for his fight with the dragon.

Some feel that the dragon represents evil in the world.

Others think the dragon is evil within his own self.

Either way St. George thought that evil needs and enemy, and volunteered to be that enemy of evil.
