Every one of my houses would fit absolutely perfectly on any of my standardized house foundations.

That means you can pick your house up off its foundation and put in down of any of the 12,727 other foundations located in many of the 50 states of USA.

You can leave all your stuff in your house for the move.

You lock the door, drive your car 549 miles. Find your house there. Use your key to unlock the door, and there you are in your house, in Idaho instead of South Carolina, or in Texas instead of New York state.

I use trains and trucks to move the houses. I use cranes to pick them up.

None of this ever happened. No Big Person saw my patent. The logic of my invention has been adopted to a great extent by “Boxable” and by “Tesla House”.

Today, they are better than my idea. 30 years ago, they were not around.
