Some people will quit, when their pay stops.

Some of them will be very hard and costly to replace.

Air Traffic, Nuclear Reactor, Food and Drug Safety, and other highly specialized experts — once they are gone — how you gonna find the replacement among XYZ/AOC candidates?

You’re not gonna find a replacement person among a group that is very badly educated, skill-free, and not at all reliable.
