Federal Police Power Must Get State Police Power to Step Aside So the National Guard Can be Lawfully Deployed.

We are a nation of states. SCOTUS knows the history of how USA was constituted.

Six of the Justices see the same thing that I see, and will rule that Trump must get permission from the Governor.

DC is not a state. Was never a state. Will never be a state.

It is a site reserved for Federal government use.

Permission from Nancy Pelosi was never required for Trump to deploy troops on January 6.

That was a make-believe law. A product of an ignorant Congress.

So Jan 6 was one type of situation, and Portland or Seattle are totally different.

A state is a sovereignty. DC is a site. Not a sovereignty.
