Trump is Still Doing His Apprentice/You’re Fired! Show. He likes Attention on Himself and His Use of His Power.

Trump is over-playing his hand. SCOTUS will rule that way. Since 1985 I have been an active member of that Bar. I am a Conservative, like 6 of the Justices. We have a nation of states.

If the Oregon Governor does not want the troops, Trump should not send them.

DC is totally different — it is NOT a state, or like a state, and Nancy Pelosi’s permission was NEVER required on January 6.

Trump is the CHIEF executive of the Executive Branch. He outranks Nancy Pelosi in using police power in DC.

But Oregon IS a state, and USA is a nation of states. States have rights, that DC never did.

SCOTUS will see it my way. They know the history of this issue.
