The Fluorescent Ln+3 ions make peaks along a spectral range from 400 nm to 1500 nm, but then I use snippets to edit that range, and the edited version is the basis for authentication.

The snippets can be few, or many. Each snippet could be narrow or wide. The part of the spectral range it includes could be here, or there, or there.

The fluorescent aspect makes my seals very expensive, but not impossible to copy.

The snippets make the full authentication utterly impossible to fake.

Each set of snippets really is made by brick wall filters, and these are described by sets of variables.

The variables sets feed into a programmable multiple passband making filter system call FIT/FIR as described in detail in patent US 10,176,661 B2

So it’s costly to try to make a fake seal, but it is impossibly costly to make a fake seal that will actually fool my authentication machine, which know exactly what it is supposed to see from a document or item with a given file number.

Each document or item is protected by a one-time pad —- the most secure way to encrypt a code.

By 2036 my patent will be “discovered” by an executive who sees that money could be made with very hard to fake ID Cards, Bank Bills, or Money Orders.

My patent spans several field of physics and digital signal processing. So owning it would greatly enlarge the moat held by a firm like IBM, CITI, Cranes, De La Rue, UBS, or Lilly.

Where very secure authentication makes a difference, my invention is of great value.

Sale of my patent (price $2 million) will allow me to return to Switzerland, and I will remain in USA for perhaps 10 days or 2 weeks after the buyer’s check clears. I can assign my patent in fee simple today. All fees are paid up. I just want one buyer. A person, a company, a joint-investment organization.
