If it is, and you take the product to a participation bank they will give you its value, as cash or credit.

The seal is on a VERY tamper evident container that holds value matter.

If the container is right, and the seal reads “authentic” then your time at the bank adds up to a few seconds. You know the seal will read “authentic”. You know the day price of the value matter (e.g. listed day price of a gram of gold on the London Metals Exchange, or at COMEX).

You take the item in, you get cash or credit, you walk out the door.
