20 Years is the Term of a Patent

But if the inventor gets new ideas that make his pre-existing patent more specific and better working, then the existing patent can be cited in a new patent application (as prior art) and the new application, if granted continues to protect the newly improved technology for 20 years more.

Just the new improved specifics get the additional 20 years, not the prior art patent.

But I do have ideas to make Photon-DSP better and more specifically described.

These ideas are not obvious. They are not included in US 10,176,661 B2

They are new and additional ideas that came to me after the grant of my patent in 2019.

All my work will be used in China and in products sold globally. Not inside USA. But the profits will all go to China.

USA executives have the Biden Brain. They get tens of millions for their “work”. They must know something I don’t know. They don’t drool, blither, and shxt their pants as much as Biden. But what’s in their head is pretty much like what Biden has.
