Again, this is not a 3rd ELECTED term for Trump. It extends Trump’s power, but we know that Obama’s power was also extended via Joe Biden. So this would be legal, and could happen.
If JD Vance gave Trump the title of “Senior Counsellor” Trump could obtain the Functional Equivalent of Presidential power by sitting in on and speaking at all important meetings with Vance.
