40 Million Low Income People Face the Possible Death of their Children

SNAP is one program, and there are many others that can no longer help poor people if the federal government is closed.

The states are not able to take up the slack, or fill in where the Federal government fails.

So federal office buildings may be attacked. With fire bombs, missiles, or EMP devices.

This would put federal employees at some possible risk.
