My Patent and its History

Patent US 10,176,661 B2 was granted on 8 January 2019.

It can be improved based on ideas that came to me after it was granted.

The patent contemplates only natural fluorescent light based on Ln+3 ions.

But it could also be engineered to include LED based light and here is why that would help.

LED based light could be selected to be at frequency NOT found in Ln+3 based light.

Also, the amplitude could be MUCH greater.

Adding in LED based light makes the technology even more reliable and secure.

The follow-on patent that cites my granted patent as “prior art” could extend out another 20 years after its filing date.

I would work with the buyer to ensure that the maximum financial gain comes to the buyer as a result of owning my patent bought on 1 Nov 2025 for a mere $20,000.

I will only sell to one person or one company.

I will not sell “licenses”

I want the buyer to produce seals and use them on products.

The ideal buyers would include Google, IBM, GE, Raytheon, UBS, and Chase Bank.
