Lucretius was the second Great Books author, after Homer, I read who made sense to me.
Plato, Aristotle —- piffle paffle of the most flimsy sort, no good sense there. Socrates like Jesus was a man of the right stuff. He was Delta Force, not some whimsy Platonist or Aristotelian, or Plotinus reader. Not in the “clouds” a man tougher than iron nails.
So, my life was in grave peril. Zero was the number of old pals who came to help. Hoping for Alte Kameraden, got hard vacuum.
Hi, Camus. I am here, one of you. My hill is nihil.
Camus was a second-generation French inhabitant of Algeria, which was a French territory from 1830 until 1962.
Used to be Wassengrat, used to be in the Highlands. Now it’s Ni.
Camus is where I came and now abide.
My basic doxa is Rand, and Werner Earhardt, and Delta Force.
I am Objectivist, EST, Situational/tactical
Not ideas oriented. Matter oriented. Like Democritus and Dalton.
My Politics is Tactical. What Program brings in more value than in costs? What program costs more than the value it creates. That is tactical. No ideology. I have no “beliefs”. I came to Camus, and there I abide. My thoughts at Ayn Rand (Objectivism), Werner Earlich (EST), Delta Force, and Milton Friedman.
Came to Camus, I did. A French patriot with Algerian Experience. A man beyond Sartre, and Neitzsche in Nihilism. Atoms and Void, like Lucretius Titus Carus.
