I have arranged with Santiago to have the strip there made ready to handle C-5-A planes. From Santiago the teachers with be re-positioned by C-130’s to Fuego, where they will serve as plow pullers and pack carriers. They will be treated well, valued, and never harmed.
My Chileans know that all I want is no return to USA of the harmful teachers, who destroyed three generations of US students.
