J. Paul Getty, an American wildcatter, assembled some Emirs and made a deal with them to buy their oil — thus creating the nation now called Emirates.

Getty also built an art museum in California, and my mom helped him with do that. Getty was very kind and totally honest.

Emirates is now one of the safest airlines. They hire only the very best pilots.
