1977, Worked as a Counsel to the vets from the Nevada Test Site, and to the citizens near Three Mile Island. Founded Gary Research in 1991, worked on clean air technology. Service in US Navy JAG Corps, 1981-1991. Became an inventor in 2015, and obtained patent US 10,176,661 B2 Method to Authenticate Value Documents or Items, granted 2019. Worked on various inventions and obtained patents pending, to the present date 25 April 2022.
Goal — To invent new and useful products, to sell patents, and to do work that results in a stronger economy for USA.
