Trump will seek to fund it somehow, anyhow, get money or create money, and make FDIC solvent, save the people who had money in banks.

Congress will find ways to block Trump from saving FDIC.

The voters will fire the Congress for being dumb, braindead, numbskulls.

Trump could get help from Treasury.

Also CIA has a printing press that can make $100 bills.

Also, Office of Comptroller of the Currency could help.

Letting FDIC fail so regular people lose their money when (as) banks fail, will be crazy, and unexpected by most.
