How Whimsy Beats Quantum

The Number, width, and placement of my “snippets” are NOT formula based, or coded, or algorithm decided, or based on wheels, plugboards, or any mechanism or program. They are whimsical. I make them. Then their results are recorded in files on a memory chip, each file numbered. Then when a document or item comes in, it is queried by primary photons, it gives back secondary photons, and these DO or DO NOT match the file on the memory chip at the rate of 95% or better. The experiment combines measurement and mystery. My whimsy is the mystery. The file on the memory chip is the basis of measurement. The match is good enough, or not.
