Now use Beryllium/Polonium particles coming together rapidly to make neutrons that will detonate the U-235 on the graphene tape.

Now organize this detonation so it happens inside a nozzle that forces the plasma to be ejected in a single stream in one direction.

Now use a Generator to capture the force of the plasma stream and convert it into electricity.

Your atom bomb material has now become a power plant, that does not use coal, oil, or CNG.

Now you have a more peaceful and cleaner world.

One that at least 45 people would find worthy of attaining.

Humans are the Not Rational Animal, so finding 45 sensible ones is actually harder than taming atom bomb power.
