US Navy ship USS Spruance fired a missile and blew a hole in an Iranian civilian ship hauling cargo to Iran.

The eyes of the world might see this not the same way as the White House. The world is about as braindead as mankind in general, so it cannot be relied on to see things fairly or make rational assessments. The inclination is to gang up on Trump and say unkind things about him. This is far more hazardous to USA than anything Iran could hope to do militarily. Iran has put us in a bad light. It pushed Trump too far, and he did what Iran expected him to do. Irony is that Trump does not want war. Iran apparently does. Trump does not want to send US soldiers, sailors, or marines to Iran — but Iran would love that. It would like to operate as Vietnam Version 2.0. Russia is not involved. China is marginally involved, but not much. North Korea our lethal and mortal enemy has been practicing gunfire and missile launches from shore to sea. North Korea is likely to join Iran if all out war breaks out. Iran has a lot of gold ingots. Pakistan has a quantity of weapons grade U-235. The Haqqani Network wants a deal. Not much USA can do to stop it. A small amount (10 grams) of 95% U-235 will yield 25 kilotons, which could have an impact on DC, NYC, Boston, LA, Seattle and other US cities. Iran may already have the polonium and beryllium needed to make a “zipper”. They have plenty of C4. If USA destroys nuclear reactors in Iran all of Europe will be covered by a radioactive cloud.
