At 80, you wake up one day and all your friends and relatives are gone, killed by time. My lease has expired and I have no other place to live. I’ve had 2 heart attacks from stress and worry already about losing my shelter and dying out on the street. The sheriff could come with a gun and just throw me out physically. I’ve asked my Governor to save me, but he just gave my case a number, and filed it — people likely to die soon, possibly out on the sidewalk. My class action cases were all about caring for veterans (on www see Bio of Robert Fenton Gary). My patent US 10,176,661 B2 solves USA’s two biggest problems (invasion and inflation) but no buyer has contacted me (robert.gary@gmail.com). I would let the patent go for 10% of its value. The money would let me find another apartment more quickly, relieve my worry, prevent a third heart attack, so I could do more paintings like in my book (Books by Robert Fenton Gary on Amazon.com). If I live another year I will do paintings for Alice in Wonderland, and I may publish a book of my favorite verses and their meaning. I made my living as a reciter of poetry at Cafe Basement on McDougal Street. I did EE Cummings, Shakespeare, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, and various beat poets. The VA has shown some interest in helping me. I was decorated by the Secretary of the Navy. I did use particle physics skills for the Navy’s benefit and served 10 years as a JAG. You could buy one of my books, or my patent, or say a kind word on the internet. Whatever help I get I am grateful for. I expect nothing. I enjoy whatever comes — well, maybe not another heart attack.
