Many corporations are simply run by chips. So it’s free enterprise on autopilot. The enterprise is free because Congress is in a coma, actually a lot of them are actually dead. Auto means algorithm driven, which means programmed, which means program determined, which means not free. The enterprise is free to act as it will, but its “will” is program determined and not at all “free”. So what we have is robots that stomp and romp over people, grab their money, kill them, and the Devil may care. We have gone crazy. Does the US Constitution matter? It would if anybody cared, but nobody does, so it doesn’t. The facts are Chartered corporations that pledged they would do good, are doing the opposite of good, thereby breaking their pledges. So should those Charters be rescinded, revoked, cancelled, nullified? Yes, they should. It should be part of all new Charters that the organization will not be run by a robot, a chip, a program, or an AI of any kind. Violation should result in instant cancellation of the Charter. The people can still do business, but not as a corporation. They can still file taxes, but not as a corporation. They can still bid on government contracts, but not as a corporation. The whole POINT of the law is to enhance good and diminish evil. If the result of the law is the opposite then maybe somebody should go and wake Congress up. Send coffee too — they need to be fully awake, and not in a coma.
