WORST — He is a show off — craves constant attention.

Trump makes policy off the cuff. Takes no advice from anybody. He likes to make up policy on the fly. He likes to show off to himself how important he is. Any idea that pops into his head — becomes the policy of USA.

Trump has an attention crave neurosis.

Biden sought to harm USA.

Trump seeks to help USA. But he has an attention seeking issue not amounting to a psychosis. It’s not normal, but it’s not disabling. He cannot be impeached for it.
