Trump Has Become Unhinged … Date Today is 14 August 2026

Trump says he will make Strait of Hormuz a territory of USA. The man craves attention. He will say or do anything to get attention. No matter how crazy, harmful or senseless. He wants “ratings” — he is a talk show host who got boosted up to be President. The content, better or worse, helpful or harmful, does not matter, so long as it gets coverage — more cameras on Trump. Has there ever been a more unfit President? The man is a show-off, he uses his Office as a Prank. He thinks he is being witty, amusing, funny, and assertive. He’s good at cocktail parties, where such a remark would be seen as delightful wit, and satire most pleasing. The content of the idea is 100% of opposite of what USA should do. USA has oil in Abilene Texas and in Alaska, and in Pennsylvania. We do not need another Vietnam. Another war 12,500 miles from us an 1/4 mile from the enemy. A nuclear armed enemy. Which was able to hit Diego Garcia from Tehran a few months ago, and thus could easily put a missile on a nearby US Air Craft Carrier ship. Crazy content from a President who seeks ratings and craves attention. I’m a Navy vet, with service overseas, and in the Fleet. But Trump hurts the USA in the eyes of the world when he makes stupid comments to get attention. Makes USA look aggressive. Makes USA look war seeking. And Iran could put 5 kilotons on a US warship in 15 minutes. Lives would be lost, and for what, a prank remark? When did Ike do something like that? Or Reagan? Or GW Bush? Trump is not charming, not witty, not appropriate. He is being a jerk. And not for the benefit of USA, the Navy, or the sailors. He is psychotically addicted to getting attention on himself. Let JD Vance take the POTUS job. Trump has become unhinged.
