North Korea just needs a “weather” balloon, some radioactive Cobalt 60, and some TNT or Semtex. USA may or may not detect and shoot down the balloon. If it gets within 500 miles of us, with easterly blowing winds, we would not be able to stop a highly radioactive cloud from blowing over USA. North Korea and Iran must be de-fanged. Attack by them is too easy. Defense by us is too hard. They must have no ships and no airborne anything. We need not kill any persons beyond what is needed to de-fang our mortal enemies.
