With no land, you will always be at the mercy of a LL-ord which is very scary and causes much worry. In my case lack of sleep has resulted in several angina incidents, and partial loss of eyesight in one of my eyes. Try to avoid having a LL-ord.

Staying single in the short run gives more freedom. But being alone at age 80, is a very unready condition. You are more vulnerable than you would be if you had a partner.
