When trading stocks one wants to be “in” with the “trend”. And today influencers tell people how to be “in” with the “trend” in politics. So politics now is idea free, proposition free, purpose free. There is no thought involved. You are an iron particle in a magnetic field. You line up as the field lines you up. It’s not exactly the democracy envisioned by Washington, Jefferson, or Lincoln. It’s more like a Smartphone-ocracy based on influencers and txt messages. The teachers wanted to have an impact and they have had an impact. I would like to find secure shelter in which to exist. I hope the Veterans’ Administration helps me. Or maybe HEW, or HUD, or maybe SSA. So far, no help. I don’t know if USA will collapse before I do. If I lose food, shelter, and safety I will last maybe a week. I would like to see DOD open up all housing on all military bases to vets that have been made homeless by the decline into chaos of USA.
