Will USA become Antarctica?

Congress could become aware that there is a problem, and maybe even respond to it in some way. People have issues with shelter, food, medicine, and resources. 50 million US citizens are close to going down the drain. It is likely that Congress may begin to see the problem if 100 million voting US citizens actually do go down the drain. I could be saved if Congress takes some action. They are living persons not made of stone, or wood, I’ve seen pictures that show they are alive, and are able to move and speak. If I were in Congress I would spend every minute looking for ways to save US citizens. It would actually be lawful and possible for Congress to help somebody at some time in some way. Maybe one person. If that is the limit of the capacity of USA, we have come to a sad place in our history. Can we really expect educated capable healthy people to stay in USA? Will we become an area of land between two oceans? Something like Antarctica, but warmer? History of USA books will not get any more chapters. They will be easier to carry. But will there be readers? Or will people want to read about Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, and Italy?
