China is producing what Frank Herbert would describe as Mentats, or we might call thinkers. USA is producing What might be called Zombies, or people whose minds are totally on “apps” for their Smartphones. So China will soon overtake the West in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, and Industrial Engineering and Design (cars, houses, machines, factories, FABs, Data Centers, chip design, programming, wafers, UV, Clean Rooms). China will capture the market in USA and the rest of the world, except maybe Japan South Korea, and India.
