How to Re-Empower USA to help its Own Citizens

Increase the Federal income tax a lot on Trillionaires, and Billionaires and persons with income above $100 million per year. Send the funds to state governors so they can provide, food, shelter, and cash support to people who need same to survive. Do not let Trillionaires exist in a nation where people are dying from lack of assets. This makes me a civilized person, not a Marxist. I am not calling for equality. I am urging us to not be barbarians.
