Re AI and Corporate Management

AI by itself is not the danger. But letting AI run a company is very dangerous. The company has power over people. AI does not care about people. An AI program set to make the most money will just destroy a lot of people, and it is not aware, or worthy of blame. But corporate charters are not granted to AIs. They are only granted to people. So if a chip runs a company that is not consistent with the existing corporate Charter. It is an abuse of the Charter, and a fraud on the state government that allowed the Charter. The Charter was intended to do good, but with AI running the company it usually does great harm.
