A Shame and not a Glory

USA is beginning to look like a stupid careless and cruel nation. One can become ashamed of it instead of proud of it. Guillotine is messy and violent so it causes mental distress and inconvenience for the executioners. But for the victim it is quick, painless, and just lights out in under 1 second. So in order to “seem” civilized USA’s actions are actually very brutal and irrational. The Tennessee case makes me feel ashamed to be associated with USA. The moral and ethical aspects of the case indicate brutal cruelty for the sake of “seeming” to be not violent. We have become a nation of deeply stupid people. People who don’t think, do not know, and do not care. How do we look to the rest of mankind? I see things the way they do, having been raised outside USA. I am devoted to USA, and a decorated vet. We look like brainless people. That is a shame, not a glory.
