About to be Wiped Out

My silly species wants to put nuclear reactors on the Moon, to fix the Climate, and to verify my identity. We lack the ability to think. That’s what we need. Not a reactor on the Moon. We got stupid, and now we are nutty. We could find some person in USA who is able to think. That could be you, or me.
