Find The Doers — Then Increase their Power

The US government was created to help the citizens of USA. It did help some people from 1945 till 1976. Trump needs to survey all people in the US government to see if ANY of them are actually helping any US citizens. Find the ones doing that. Then give them more budget and more power. Empower those who ARE helping US citizens. You cannot, train, create, or hope to hire such people. Look at what you HAVE. See if any are like that. Boost their power. Start with reality (actual facts) then magnify the facts you want as outcomes. Find the right people. Make them able to perform 1000% more. Do not look for new people. Do not hope to instruct, or train people. Find ones who already know and already do. They will give you the outcome you want.
