Kicking Americans out of their homes is one step on the way to “failed state” status for USA. Other steps might be taking away food, taking away care and medicine, cancelling ability to communicate or get electric power, and speech cancellation. USA will not empty out when it becomes a totally failed state but 300 million people will begin murdering each other, and disposal of the bodies will become a problem. We could end up being finished off by a contagious disease.
