How Can These All Be True?

Mankind has so MUCH science that it can and should put nuclear reactors on the Moon, send people to colonize Mars, have AI run many corporations, and have robots tell people how to live AND ALSO, mankind has so LITTLE science than it cannot continue to exist against the forces of Nature, fire, flood, virus, climate, earthquakes etc.
